Jasmin, I am a retired teacher from Brisbane. Why do you want to homeschool your children? It is a huge decision to make especially if you are not a teacher yourself. There is a huge movement towards homeschooling in the USA and a growing movement in Australia, but often it is for religious or philosophical reasons rather than the best interests of the children. However, if the reason is because of bullying, illness, disability or a child not receiving the help they need with learning difficulties, then I am all on your side.
Just remember it is a full time job and you will have to learn as you go along. School is where children learn to socialise and to get along with each other. It is where they meet all kinds of people, some of them difficult, and it does prepare them for life, honestly. You will have to think how you can address their needs in this respect as well as ensuring that they keep up with all the subjects so that they do not miss out on following their career plans later on.
