It started a couple of weeks ago. She started waking up quite a few times at night due to teething so i would give her the only thing that would sooth her a put her back to sleep which is a bottle of milk. However, now she has grown acustom to it and wakes up a least twice at night for her bottle. How can i break this habit?

Uh oh. You should have just given her Tylenol :/ Put water in the bottle instead. Don't put milk in it as it's really bad for her teeth as I'm sure you probably know. My daughter still takes a bottle a night (1-2) and I just put water in it.

Go straight for the water or cut it out altogether. Your 15 month old never needs anything other than water during the night - no more than you do.

But don't expect her to be happy. Be strong for 3 days and most likely you will all be back to sleep.

Yes. Hopefully it works. It didn't work with my daughter but she has that kind of personality. She's very head strong.

I know but i wasnt sure if it was her teeth at first so i thought maybe she was hungry. Do you think i should start mixing water in with her milk until its just all water?
