I have a 3 month old baby and wanted to breastfeed him until at least 6 months. Everything was going well and I had more than enough milk until about a week ago (I've been back at work for 3 weeks) when I noticed pumping getting to be more difficult. I pump while he's nursing, I pump at work, I pump at home to try to trigger a let down, I even express milk into the bottle by hand, but it seems like I haven't been able to get more than 2 ounces a day and even that seems hard sometimes.
I drink Gaia lactation tea and eat lactation cookies by milkmakers.
Does anyone else have this problem? If its not something that can be fixed, how will switching to formula affect my baby when he's only 3 months old?
