How can I get a nursing degree and still be a good mom to my four children aged 5-15. We're a miltary family.

Looking for advice from people in similar situations or from people who know someone who is. I have all pre-req's done except Chem. The Chem teacher seemed out to get everyone so to protect my 4.0 GPA (which is hard to maintain) I was forced to drop, though I had a "B" when I dropped. My five year-old son has a rare condition that prevents him from being outdoors during the winter to avoid anaphylaxis and hives. The school was a bit resistant to handle his issue and allow him to attend Kindergarten. He is also behind his peers academically. All of the stress from his recent diagnosis and his problems in school, along with a husband with insane hours... I feel like I'm never going to be able to complete a nursing degree. Can anyone give any advice concerning nursing programs in general that are recommended or affairs to get in order prior to applying to a program. Does anyone have old books for sale that I can pre-study while I'm waiting for my husband to get back from his 4 month course on the other side of the U.S. We lived in Korea for 2 years so I'm ready to get the ball rolling after waiting over there at a standstill.

Thanks for thinking of me! I'm currently taking a mix; as some classes for nursing are req'd to be in person. As far as an accredited, legitimate online nursing school, I know of zero. I've always been told to avoid those!
