He won't eat a proper dinner. He eats fruit and yogurts sandwiches chicken burgers chips wedge potatoes waffles he has tried meat and spaghetti bolognaise but he won't eat anything I'm worried about him getting essential vitamins into his system Help! I have tried sticker charts and rewards but nothing seems to work

I have seen his doctor and he is growing at the rate he should be and his weight is fine his doctor doesn't seem worried at all he just said that as long as he eats fruit and yogurts he shouldn't come to no harm We have been to see a dietician who gave us some suggestions to try which we have done but to no avail he doesn't like anything i don't know what else to do

There are liquid Vitamins but this sounds alittle more serious something I would discuss with your child's Dr. He may have a problem with his oesophagus and swallowing may be painful.

I have tried this but he won't taste anything he has helped make things but won't attempt to try any of it he always gags on food and he won't eat unless he has a drink at the same time I just don't know what to do have tried mixing fruit and veg in a juicer to get it into him that way but he doesn't like the taste Are there any tablets or drops to put in food or drink to make sure he gets all the vitamins his body needs

Give him only healthy options, and consider children's Boost or Ensure to give him what he's not getting. Make the food fun for him with colors, and healthy dipping sauces.
When my Daughter was younger I use to hide the hamburger meat in Mac n Cheese noddles. Get creative, even let him help you cook. Sometime kids will eat what they make easier then what someone else has made...I hope this helps. Good luck
