If pumping isn't an option, your best bet is to have someone else start her on a formula bottle. She isn't going to willingly take it from you. If you have someone else: a partner, grandparent, older sibling, they should introduce the bottle. It could be the bottle and not the formula that is upsetting her too...you can always breastfeed before and after work until she is fully weaned. If you are 100% on your own, call your local hospital to tue maternity ward and ask to speak to the lactation consultant. They have maternity nurses that help with breastfeeding issues.

depends on the baby.. is this your first time breastfeeding.. if so might be easier then you think.. sometimes first time mom's do not have a good supply,, and the baby goes to formula easy... If not just try giving her one from time to tome. to see how she responds. have you ever thought about pumping and putting into a bottle.. that would be easiest. and if you can continue to do so.. would be best for the baby.. so try pumping out your milk and giving it to her in a bottle.. and if you can continue it as much as possible..giving formula in between.. I really hate giving the formula if I can keep breastfeeding.. but I understand your problem and needing to do so. it would be hard to do so.. working moms I take my hat off to you. HUGSSS
