How can I get my exclusively breastfed 10 month old to take a bottle? HELP!

After 10.5 months of breastfeeding I would like a bit of a break. I've had Mastitis twice, thrush and my nipples can become so incredibly sore during bouts of teething because my son latches differently. My husband and I have tried everything - our son won't take a bottle, any brand of bottle, from dad, grandma, or babysitters. He will drink liquid from sippy cups like a champ, but not enough breast milk could be consumed to be nutritionally beneficial. He basically sips while eating solids. Also, my son is still waking every 2-3 hours a night to feed because he is so busy during the day, exploring and playing, that breastfeeding is a bore to him. I believe he will drink just enough to satisfy his hunger pangs and comfort himself, but not fill up his tummy.....hence the night wakings to consume the majority of breast milk. He eats solids 3 times a day, and eats well. I plan on only putting breast milk in the bottles. I never had this problem with my first born, so I'm at a loss. Any advice is much appreciated!
