This has been going on since August. She does not have a TV in her room, and stopped listening to music in the spring. She does not have a bedtime snack - only drinks a 6oz glass of warm milk. We do let her watch 1/2 hr of TV after bath but we then say prayers, read two stories, and sing a lullaby before actually turning lights out. We aim to get her to bed by 8 but 50% of the time it is 8:30 or 8:45. She gets up at 6am for school. However, even when we do meet our 8pm goal she still wakes up several times a night and often can't go back to sleep. Last night she was up at 2 and again at 3 - and never fell back to sleep. It isn't good for her - and it isn't good for her dad and I. I am having trouble staying awake driving and at work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!
