Is proper be giving her juice and milk and biscuit every day

With so little information to go on I suggest only having healthy snacks available. Cut out the juice and biscuits and only give milk or water and fruit and vegetables as snacks.
It would also help to know how old she is.

Do you mean can she eat those things each day or ONLY those things each day?
Children should not be put on "diets" rather they should be fed a proper nutritious diet and increase their activity level.
