Ok in my divorce decree it states that if I don't work my ex can claim all 3 of my kids on his taxes and if I work I claim 2 and he gets 1 ok I haven't worked but I'm remarried and my husband does everything for my kids.. Yes my ex pays child support but does nothing extra.. My oldest is 15 and hasn't spent a night nor been to her dads house in at least a year and a half..so my question is, is there some way that I can stop my ex from being able to claim all 3 since my husband does so much for them? Btw my two little ones are only there like 4 days out of the month

If the court order states that he can claim them... the only way to change it is to go to court and try and get it amended (which doesn't sound like it would be likely to occur). Otherwise... no and you do NOT want to violate a court order.

Your divorce decree says he can claim them all if you don't work. He pays his child support. He gets to claim the tax. Period. Given you aren't working YOU can't claim the tax. And your husband will never be able to claim the tax because they aren't his kids. So I'm not sure why you would want to stop it other than just to punish him anyway.
