Weell that really depends on the situation. I mean are you working out already? Do you watch what you eat?
The only advice I can really give is to use a SMART plan. Which means you want your weight loss plan to be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Meaning you need to set a goal.
So you can say I want to lose 10 pounds within 4 months (or w/e) by working out three times a week and only eating chocolate once a week (or something like that). So you need a specific plan on what you are going to do to lose weight, make sure you give yourself a set amount of time and make sure you're being realistic. If you're 100 pounds or something it may not be realistic to lose 10 pounds right? If you're already working out 4 times a week it might be unrealistic to expect to work out even more with a busy schedule. So it really depends on you and your situation and all of that.
