How can I salvage a relationship with my son and fiance' ? I do not know how to handle the tension between them.We have all have been getting along well for 3 years then my teenage son accuses my fiance of wrong doing and it's been hell since...we do not do anything as a family anymore ...I miss the life we had before. How do we face this and move on?

Yeah, I am more concerned about this wrong doing. Can you clarify before more advice is given? Are we talking molestation, cheating, hitting...what? How old is your son?

I would call a family meeting where everybody sits around the table and discusses what is going on. Get everything out in the open. Make it quite clear that there is to be no screaming and shouting at one another and that every one must sit around the table and not storm off until the meeting is over. Ask everybody to write on a peice of paper what they want discussed and place all the folded questions into the bowl and pick one out at a time. It does not matter who wrote what just read the questions out one by one and discuss them.

It is a hard thing to do but if the family want to mend then it needs to be done. Just make sure that every one leaves the table feeling they have had there say. Good Luck.
