My son is having bad gas, does anybody have suggestions on how to make him feel better? I have tried gas drops, tummy massage, lifting his knees, and gripe water

I just found this article. Check it out. It does say the foods that I mentioned that cause gas actually do not. I will disagree with that because i know with my daughter I had to stay away from them. i think every baby is different. This article sheds light on the effects of dairy.

I am breastfeeding and that is the first thing I thought of. Are dairy foods a problem too?

If you are breastfeeding try eating foods that don't cause a lot of gas. Gas inducing foods would be broccoli, beans, cukes with the seeds, onions. Also avoid spicy foods and garlic.

If you are not breastfeeding you may need to change formula. Try switching to a formula for sensitive stomachs.
