i recently changed my sons hes four months as well. i started by having him stay up when he wakes up around seven or eight in the morning and put him down for a nap between ten and twelve and he goes to bed early now like around nine or ten. he sleeps longer through the nights too. so whenever he wakes up in the morning is when i keep him up. it also helps me get out of bed to start my day

Trying to get her in a routine will be hard, but very doable. I would look at her nap times during the day and set 2 of them. Maybe give her one around 9 or 10 am and let her sleep for 1-2 hours, and another in the afternoon time. You may need to figure out the best times for the both of you, but in the meantime try to sleep when she does (if you are at home). Then, start bed time routine around 8-9 pm. She still may wake up during the night 1-2 times (which is totally normal for that age) but really setting the nap time in the day will help the bed time routine. Good luck.
