he seems like nothing interests him and I'm stuck!! i give him a variety of food every time i try to feed him and it is getting exhausting n EXPENSIVE. the only things that he will eat, if he feels like eating is meats and very little. I'm worried about his health n weight HELP!

Try homemade foods (pureed veggies and fruit), instead of jarred food...that might make a difference. Formula or breast milk should still be the main source of nutrients anyway so it's not a major concern at this point. Just gradually introduce foods and if he only eats meats for a be it. When babies are teething or growing their taste buds change and that could have a lot to do with why he's not eating much of anything. If it keeps up talk to your pediatrician because they will know better what to suggest based on his eating habits/weight etc...

How about yogurt, applesauce, diced noodles, mashed potatoes, sweet potato, cooked carrots...anything soft that you can cut or mash up. Don't spend a fortune on specialty baby foods. Just keep trying to offer the things your are already fixing for yourself. He'll come around eventually :)

thanx for the advice :) i need all i can get. I try homemade foods almost every time. I talked to my pediatrician about it and she said i need to start taking him off of formula and introduce whole milk n more table foods. she said he is very healthy. his height is in the 75% but his weight is in the 25% so I'm trying all i can to encourage him to eat more. and yes taste buds def do change when he was a around 6months he hated meat and now that seems to be the only thing he eats.
