How do I get my 13 year old son up faster in the morning. He is slower and slower and lately late for school.

What consequences have you given him for being late for school? School is is job right now and when he is grown and has a real job.... being late can get him fired. Make his consequence one where he would rather avoid the consequence than be late for school.

Ask him! It is his job to get himself up, not yours. But if you talk with him about this and make a plan for success well away from crunch time, then keep talking with him about his when the first, second, third, and fourth plans don't work eventually you will have success. Make this his problem with you, not just your problem. Good luck.

Honestly I haven't a clue my 16 year old went through that and still hasn't really gotten out of it. Tried waking him earlier, and everything so checking for answers too :)
