How do i get my 18-month old to constantly use the potty instead of pooping on my floors?

She's 18 months old. You don't. If she's physically capable....that's great cuz it'll be easier for her to get it when she is emotionally ready. If she's not doing it on her own (or telling you she needs to go so that you can help her)... she's not emotionally ready and if you push things it could back fire on you.

She's too young to potty train effectively. I'd back off and let her continue with diapers for a while yet. Children become ready at different times, but the average is between 2 and a half (which is still early) to something like four. Circle of Moms has some excellent threads and articles about the signs to look for to know that your toddler is ready to potty train.
