My daughter is 3 months and we recently found out from her docyor that she is teething(not reeady) but i cant give her anything and i cant really help sooth her but she really likes her teehing toys she just cant hold them and i feel like i dnt know where she needs the soothing she pushes my hand up to her mouth which in turn gags her which makes me feel awful. I dnt know what to do. I know she would feel better if she could hold her own teething ring. Am i ask too much too soon

Well, if she can't hold it then she can't hold it. You hold it for her. Or you can take a wash cloth, freeze it or just put it in the fridge till it gets really cold and let her gnaw on it.
