How do I get my 6 month old to sleep in?

I can't get my baby to continually sleep in. Let's say he wakes up at 6am, I get him & feed him. The next morning he wakes up at 5am, I then get him up & feed him. Then, the next morning he wakes up at 2am, and so on & so forth. And he always falls asleep during the earlier feedings, and is then hungry at 6am again. But, if I let him cry it out, then the next morning he wakes up at 6am. So, at this point, he wakes up at 6am, then at 5am (cries it out, until 6am), then 6am again. I've tried playing his nighttime soothers. I've tried picking him up & rocking him back to sleep. I feel like I've tried everything, but can't figure out why he's doing this. Please help!!!

Because he's a baby... who needs to be fed. it's annoying but it needs to be done. they will wake whenever they want no matter what you do.

I have an almost 2yr old and a 6mth old. The 6mth old will usually have a dreamfeed about 9-10pm, then sleep until anywhere between 430-630am. No rhyme or reason as to why one day he'll be hungry at 430am, and the next at 630am, sometimes he just is. Our eldest was the same, would have days when he's hungrier. I figure that some days I wake up hungrier than usual, so he could be doing the same, or the good ol' growth spurt is great for upsetting everything.
I also cluster feed the last couple of bottles, about 3hrs apart instead of 4-4.5hrs apart, and they are a bit bigger than his daytime feeds.

His last meal is rice cereal at 8pm, and then eats at 6am. My issue isn't the time he actually gets up, it's that he keeps waking up earlier & earlier, unless I let him cry for a while. It breaks my heart to hear him crying, but I don't know what else to do. I was just hoping that someone else had gone through this & maybe had some tips.

Lots of babies wake up at 6 am, and some carry on until they're 5 or 6 years old.
