How do I get my bf/best friend back....

You need to get some counseling for the abuse so you can move on and have meaningful relationships again.
If you can't trust him enough to tell him what has happened to you then there isn't a future for the relationship anyway.

He may love you deep down but it sounds like he's not IN love with you.
I wouldn't be living in the same house if you have split up. That's just too confusing for everyone. The best thing to do is get your own place and see what happens. He may be willing to go back to dating and trying to find the spark again or me may just move on.
You can't make someone love you and if you hang around too much you can do the opposite of what you want and push him away.

If he doesn't want to get back together with you forcing it is not going to work. Just give it time. Things may change things might not. Right now you feel like you still love him but that emotion could change too. Maybe living in different homes might be best like taking a step back and really looking at the situation at hand. This may not have been what you wanted to hear but sometimes relationships just don't last emotions change with time for better or for worse.
