My daughter hated baths for a while too. I made up a mad bath rap. I sang it as she hollered. It was a distraction and she started finding it funny.
I don't wanna take a bath! Don't wash my _______ (nose)
I don't wanna take a bath! Don't wasn my _______ (toes)
I don't wanna take a bath 'cause I WANNA...BE...DIRTY!
I would wash whatever body part we were naming and kind of "headbang" the last line. (Hey! Sometimes you gotta get creative!) The sillier the better.
I also use the hand-held shower head instead of filling up the tub. It is a faster rinse and then if there is time, I fill up the tub with clean water and let her play. You can also try blowing bubbles. They are, after all, just soap.
You might try lowering the water temperature too. I like warm water, but my child has some sensory issues and likes it much cooler. I'm not saying cold or even tepid, but just cooler than what I like.
If you have a bath baby, she might enjoy having the control of washing HER baby.
Hang in there. Things got much better with us. I hope they improve quickly for you.

- don't leave the loud water running / some are very fearful of that noise
- make water extremely shallow, just a few inches deep
- have all supplies ready and within arms reach to keep her comfortable
- don't pour water over her head. Use a gentle wash and rinse from the water in a wash cloth
