how do i get my year and half to sleep all night?

1. I would not allow her to have more then one glass, let her know that if she drinks it all she is not getting any more until in the morning. 2. I would change it to water only. you might try going to your local gnc or health food store and get some childs melatonin. Its something that our bodies are supposed to naturally produce but not everyone does. I hope she starts sleeping all night soon. Oh yeah and on the not eating so good. Is she drinking alot during the meal if so limit her drink too and she will eat more and make sure she gets a snack before bed.
