Maybe her noon naps are interfering with her sleep?

I think it is time to tweak her routine? Does she listen to stories at bedtime? How about a massage and bath right before sleeptime?

1. I would not allow her to have more then one glass, let her know that if she drinks it all she is not getting any more until in the morning. 2. I would change it to water only. you might try going to your local gnc or health food store and get some childs melatonin. Its something that our bodies are supposed to naturally produce but not everyone does. I hope she starts sleeping all night soon. Oh yeah and on the not eating so good. Is she drinking alot during the meal if so limit her drink too and she will eat more and make sure she gets a snack before bed.

Pediasure... or try a flavored oatmeal. I have found a full belly usually means a full night of sleep!
