How do I give my 8 month old more solid foods without overfeeding?

My daughter is almost 8 months old and eats every 4 hrs (sometimes a little longer or shorter) That equals out to about 4 feedings a day

6-7am 6oz bottle

9am nap

11am 2oz bottle and 4oz jar of food

12pm nap

3pm 6oz bottle

8pm 6oz bottle than bed and she sleeps all night.

My question is how do I get more solid foods in her diet without taking away any oz of formula( recommend by her doc to get at least 20oz a day) and without giving her more food at one time? I don't want to stretch out her stomach and she seems satisfied with the amount she gets.

Offer her a little food before her 9am nap, then after her 12pm nap, then a meal with you between her 3pm and 8pm bottle (if you eat dinner during this time, it would be good practice for her to sit with the family and eat a meal).

If she's satisfied... let her be. You could always try offering her a bit of finger foods when you have dinner. Going from 3-8pm without eating anything sounds a bit long to me.
