My youngest, 19 days old, pukes up his milk after every feed. What could be the reason for this & how do I resolve this???

Our youngest is what our dr calls a 'happy chucker'. He would bring up anywhere between 10-60% of his meal, breast or formula it didn't matter. We are told it's quite common for this muscle at the top of the stomach (can't remember the name), isn't developed fully so milk comes up. It's the muscle that usually keeps the food in there, sometimes it's not fully working in newborns. Our boy was never distressed by it, and the dr said while he's still growing then there is no problem.
He's 5.5mths now and goes about 2-3days with only bringing up a very small amount, then has a day or 2 or bringing up about a quarter of his meal. He's perfectly healthy at 17-18lbs. It's just annoying having to change him and me constantly. I've been told it's something that will correct itself as he grows bigger.
