Earlier I randomly felt wet down there but it wasn't a huge gush just enough for me to notice. It was clear and didn't smell like anything but I didn't wet a pad at all afterwards. I'm having little cramps and some back pain but when talk to the doctor they say its normal. How do I know for sure if my water broke without goin to get checked?

Go in and get checked. It is a quick swab to see if it is your water breaking, and it is no big deal. Sometimes when your water breaks it is not a gush. The head of the baby can plug it up, and it slowly leaks around it, or it is a really small break. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck.

Thank you I've been cramping off and on all day I'm just scared that it'll happen and I won't notice or it won't happen at all

If you see a little mucus and strings of blood, you know your mucus plug broke. And then you wont be long before your water will break. It sounds like you are starting to get close. Pressure from the baby can cause you to leak like that
