My daughter is almost three and behind the curve about a year with speech. She has started lining things up more frequently

Hang in there and keep pushing for answers. One thing I have learned is that no one cares more about your child then you do. Be Your child's advocate. Sometimes having patients and understanding that it may take time for as answers or help is good and sometimes you have to be pushy and persistent to get help and answers. I would also connect up with your local AEA....If you call your local school they will direct you. They do free hearing and speech evaluation amount other things..All for free. Then if services are needed those are free too.

There is so much more to autism than lining things up. Highly recommend going to a Dr. We can't diagnose autism via the internet

We have been to a specialist 3 times. They said to be patient. It's hard when other people notice "different" behaviors in your child. I have hope that everything is fine

That does not mean she is autistic! Don't jump to the "in thing" there are MANY MANY things out there that could be wrong or it could be nothing. Best way to find out is to talk to your doc and AEA and have her speech evaluated.
