Three months ago i gave birth to twin boys. Everyone has been saying that i look really good for someone who carried 11 lbs worth of baby, but i still have a lot of strech marks and my stomach feels like it doesnt want to hold itself together anymore. if anyone can give me any tips on how to lose this weight then i will greatly appreciate it.

I didn't have a multiple pregnancy but I gained a little over 30 lbs and I was already trying to loose weight before I got pregnant. So far Ive lost about 36 lbs now. Still working on it. I have about 25 more to go to be back to pre baby # 1 weight. This is what I do:

1. Cut out junk...extra sugar, sodium and bad carbs (carbs from things like white breads, tortillas, white rice...go whole grain everything if you can. Its healthier)
2. Drink plenty of water. Staying hydrated will help your skin repair itself.
3. Find a lotion that helps tone or get rid of cellulite. It wont be noticeable right away but it helps a little.
3. Eat 5 small meals with healthy snacks in between. Right now I'm hooked on watermelon and strawberries. Do not skip meals. Starving yourself slows down your metabolism.
4. Get active. Find something you like to do. Anything to get moving. Make cardio your best friend. But remember not to over do it. Your body is still healing. Ease into a workout. Try cycling (stationary or outdoors), swimming or taking walks with the stroller.
5. Last but not least....find a workout buddy. Its much easier loosing weight and getting back into shape when you arent alone. I recommend asking another mom to team up with. Good luck!

I used to drink Mummy magic weight loss tea three times a day before my meal times and lost almost 35 lbs in two months while nursing my son.

It took nine months grow that baby , you need to give it at least nine months to a year to get back to a great shape , try weight watchers , i did and lost 20 kilos , it was great and they have an excellent program for breastfeeding mothers , its really important to keep eating enough kJ to keep your milk supply up !

Breastfeeding also helps you loose weight but if you are nursing you have to keep up a balanced diet to produce milk. Once again hydration is very important for nursing too.

I have heard this advice from my doctor if u really want to lose a lot of weight is by not eating anything. If u breastfeed i won't recommend it to u. But u need to have will in order to lose fat. So, eat lesser everyday but drink up a lot of water so u feel full and don't have any food craving. What I have done during my confinement period. For my 3 times meal I just grill a piece of fish and drink herbs potion which I made it myself. It contain some chop garlic, ginger, lemongrass and lots of blackpepper and I boil it all until the whole house smell wierd. Than drink this twice a day. U will feel warm inside but I can assure u, it is very good. Try it.

It's only been three months, give yourself a little bit of time. I just joined a gym because I was so sick of having the belly fat.
