my daughters father decided after 3 years to go to the state where i lived to get a dependency order against me in court in alabama. at that time frame i had just woken up from an diabetic coma. i'm better and i mean really better now. he got it untill i got back on my feet. well when me and my husband went up to alabama since really we all live in georgia this whole time it was ruled out of jursidication. now my daughter was with her father for 7 months and then when we started getting her for visitation my my house my daughter started showing signs of sexual assualt. she did two things that a 3 year old should not even know about all we asked was how she learnt this and she replied from her daddy. now we took her to the hospital to er and it was confirmed that she was sexually assaulted by her father. now dfacs is involved the police sex crimes unit is involved. my daughters doctor is even involved. the dfacs worker told us to keep her here at our home with us because this would be the best place for her. now her father is trying to inforce a temporary dependency order which was done through the state dfacs in alabama and the child was not in alabama. which by law was illegal. now he's trying to inforce something in georgia because of the allugation charges that is pending through criminal investigation court here in georgia. by law in georgia a non married father that never legitimated the child in the first year of birth has no rights.
