My children are four years apart so when my daughter was old enough she would follow him around the house and imitate whatever he did. When he acted up and threw tantrums I would make him sit down and I would give him a talking to which he hated..:) he did as he was told..My daughter would pinch him and then pretend she was busy with her toys and he would react and pinch her back..I only saw him so he got scolded until one day I saw her in tell me ladies how do you handle your munchkins???

Well, when one was in restriction, the other wasn't allowed near. That solves the antagonizing of one to the other when they're in restriction/time out.

Otherwise? Consistent, patient, repetitive reinforcement
