Most people today know that Omega3's are an absolute necessity for proper brain development, but how do you get a child to get enough? They HATE the taste of fish oil and you can forget about trying to get them to swallow a capsule.

So what do YOU do?

Start by breastfeeding. Breastmilk is the best way to make sure that babies and toddlers get what they need for brain development. Next, introduce foods that are naturally high in omega 3s when kids start eating solids : fish, flax, soy (our kids like roasted edamame), pasture raised beef, walnuts, etc.

We feed our kids foods that are high in omega3's
