How do you get teenage boys to talk to you?

I guess I've not set up good conversation skills in the past, so am trying to start now. I'm battling Lyme, so I'm brain fogged a lot of the time, so it's difficult to think, so that's a big part of the problem.

I guess it depends. I have always been able to talk to my son about anything, so even as he became a teenager and as he heads into adulthood, we are still able to talk. Often I have to ask the right questions (boys are not known for being great communicators), but if I begin the conversation, he will be more than happy to continue it. Is there something specific you are trying to get your teenage boy to talk to you about?
