How do you get your almost 5 month old to sleep before 4am when she used 2 before she turned 4 month

She used to sleep really well before 4 months putting self to sleep. Now she doesnt. Its a fight and I dont know why. I have tried everything from rice cereal, Tylenol, strict routine and more. I just dont know what to do. I feel like Im going to have a nervous break down if I dont get any sleep....PLEASE HELP. Thank you

Well good luck hun but perservirence is the key i hope you have a partner to help you tag team is always a good idea .
If you need anymore advise i have a few but try that one for now and let me know how you get on

The worsed thing you can do is to offer food each time she wakes or crys she will become dependent on that and you will never get out of this patch.
I alweays used to do a set bed routine gets a pain but worked for me. Give her a bath every night just before bed,then when drying her use lavender baby lotion and a warm bottle of milk then put her to bed and walk away.
if she crys leave it 5-10 mins before you go in and gradually make it longer she will learn but she is still young so be paitent,good luck

Thank u. I'm really hoping that's what it is, not that I want her to be in pain. I just would like a reason for the change of sleep patterns and don't want it to be a permanent change. Yeah tylenol doesn't work at night

teething? My youngest who is just about 11 months does the same thing every time he gets a new tooth coming in. After it comes through he goes back to sleeping like he usually does. Even giving Tylenol doesn't help for the teething at night time.
