I had a c-section September 2nd, 2009, I lost most of my pregnancy weight and only have about 10-15 more pounds to go. I know It's only been 4 months but there has to be something to lose this pooch! lol.

I breastfeed and stroller walker with my baby twice at day. I lost my pregnancy weight when he was 5 month. Drinking a lot of water also help! Good Luck!

I think that goes back in time. Your skin is stretchy but it takes time for it to go back. I'm sure there are all kinds of creams and things you can try but I've just been adding some extra tummy tightening exercises into my routine. I hope that does the trick because I'm in the same situation! Good luck.

I have been told by a friend about an herbal tea supplement Mummy magic tea that helped her and later me to shed our pregnancy weight. I gained 33 pounds with my pregnancy and while bfing my LO I dropped those pounds off.

I did breastfeed for the first two weeks after i had my son but then I developed a severe staph infection in my c section incision and was hospitalized. With everything going on and the stress my milk supply diminished. So I had to switch to formula. It was very hard for me to do and I still feel guilt about it. I do drink lots of water though and try to stay up and active with my son. I also feel like my weight shifted lol. It's like all my boob weight went to my stomach and hips =)). Bad genes i guess. But I will take this advice to heart. Thank You All!

YEP!!! Breastfeeding...

I'm still not - nor will I ever be, or want to be - my prepregnancy weight - But I'm near to that cute tummy again...3 babies later!!

I started with sucking it in and flattening my stomach with ALL that I do... I pretended people were looking at me :-) ...all the time...

Sadly, that was hard work - then I progressed to simple sit ups and crunches - THEN...inverted situps with books on my chest! Yay for mommy!! She's HOT again! :-)

Breastfeeding. Small healthy snacks thoughout the day too and lots of water. I heard that it can take up to 16 to 18 months for skin to shrink back as far as it is going to. I don't remember much of my c-section, but I did ask the doc to take the extra fat and if she really had to put my uterus back in. Good luck. ;)

I lost all of my pregnancy weight just by breastfeeding. I think the only other options are diet and exercise. If you decide to exercise, don't forget to do some weight training because it's going to change your physical appearance the most. :)
