How early can I start putting my baby to sleep in his bed alone? Deos this mean that I should let him cry it out to sleep?

My 3 weeks old baby rarely sleeps for more than 2 hours. He wants to be breastfed every 2 hours. Firstly, I am not getting any sleep, Secondly, I feel that his stomach doesn't rest. I f I didn't feed him he keeps on crying? Any advice?

He's 3 weeks old, they do that. Unless you want to put him on formula he will feed more often. Letting him cry it out at the age doesn't work. He's so little, he needs to know that when he cries his needs will be met. His only way of communication is crying.
His stomach doesn't need to "rest", I don't know where you got that from.
