My son will be 2 in July and he has a severe lactose allergy. We also think he's allergic to peanuts. He drinks rice milk and loves vegetables but isnt too big on fruits. He loves meat, so thats good for protein, but I still feel like he's missing vitamins and nutrients that his little body needs. Any suggestions???
