My son will be 2 in July and he has a severe lactose allergy. We also think he's allergic to peanuts. He drinks rice milk and loves vegetables but isnt too big on fruits. He loves meat, so thats good for protein, but I still feel like he's missing vitamins and nutrients that his little body needs. Any suggestions???

You can start certain vitamins from when you start feeding solids. One such vitamin is called ABIDEC it comes in drop form. You have to be really careful to get the ones that are age appropriate as most vitamins for children have an age of 3 on them.

Really the best way to get vitamins is throug food its self. Keep trying different fruits until he finds one he likes. Dried fruits have the same vitamin content.
