Like all the others have said when ever you want. I never preinstalled the car seat, and I just had my third, but I would have it ready to go and in the garage waiting around 37 weeks. We just grabbed it along with our bags and installed it as we were leaving the hospital, it is so easy with the latch system just takes a few seconds. It worked for me because we needed the room in our car.

How early is too early?? Before you're pregnant XD

32 weeks is fine in my mind. One less thing to stress about having last minute. I had everything packed and ready by about 30-33 weeks with both my kids. You never know what could happen and I wanted it all done before it got too uncomfortable for me to be sitting there in a pile of clothes packing stuff :P

Anytime is fine. If you want it done and don't need the space... do it now. If you want to wait or need the space... it can be done any time up until the first time baby is going to be in the car. There is no absolute right or wrong answer on this as long as it's installed and used correctly for baby every time. :)

Do what makes you feel best. My husband put it in the car when we bought it (around 20 weeks) and figured out how to do it, then took it out and we put it back in after the baby was born.

Go for it. Better safe than sorry. Unless, of course, you need the extra space for other passengers.
