Hi ladies please help, my Mia is 2 years old this month and ive been blessed (with the help of Espiride) to be able to breast feed this long, how ever little Mia has decided that she would rather have bottle now, im happy and relieved that i didnt have to go cold turkey and experiance the heart breaking screaming and crying. However am not using tablet to dry up my breast milk and i am in aggoney, its been a week and my milk still hasnt dried up and my boobs are still very swollen. Does any one know how long it takes?

I never breastfed, so it only took a few days. I've heard taking Benadryl helps, but not sure how true that is. Just out of curiosity, was your daughter eating any solids or just strictly breastfeeding this whole time?

It took me a few months, but I would say it depends on your body and how much milk you are still producing.
