Okay, try bite size! My baby didn't like grinded food for long. Cut the food up into little pieces.

Try not to use salt, I never salt my baby's food. Spices are good though.

Try cinnamon on applesauce. I gave my daughter hummus and she loved it. People have told me babies don't know taste but I find my daughter knows the flavours she likes and ones she doesn't.

You can try toast, my daughter loves bead.

If the doctor didn't say he is to small then don't worry! He won't starve himself.

He look small and he refuse to eat sometimes. I do grind some organic chicken for him, he eats that for lunch. I add salt, pepper and sometimes curry powder then he eats it otherwise he doesn't want. I buy organic fruit jars, he eats two a day and I also buy vegetable jars. But he gives me hard to eat his food.

Hi!

I don't give my daughter jars and she is the same age as yours, so I don't know exactly how much she eats. My advice would be to feed him until he is not hungry and pushes the spoon away.

My daughter eats on her own small bite foods. I just let her eat what she wants. I never force her to finish what was given to her and I always give her more if she wants more.

This of course is advice for a child that is not underweight or overweight.
