Yes I'm one of those 'older' mom's. I had my son @ 40, and it is absolutely amazing. I feel younger than 40 and everyone says that I do not look my age (they are probably being kind ;) )

I will be the oldest mom at the school field trips, but I can guarantee I will be there. I have had my "party years", my career years and now it's time for family. Yes I will go back to work, but with a much different attitude.

I just wonder how many of us there are out there

I am 39 and am hoping to get pregnant with my first baby sometime soon. I don't feel old and am a bit resentful of those who say I am.....we live to be 80 for crying out loud!

I am 42 and I have a 15 month old boy. I wish I could have had children earlier... but that's not how it happened!

I am 40 and I have a 2 year old girl and it is like being a new mum again as I also have a son of 19 and one of 16 so just a few years between them! I have to say we have come up with a cunning plan at sports day my eldest son is always mistaken for her dad so he can run the fathers race! We are all a big happy family and my daughter is spoilt for choice whose lap to sit on with 3 father figures in her life.

I had my daughter at 23 and my son at 42. She is 21 in college and he is two, at home and in charge of the house. I am going to be 44 in a couple of weeks and do not look my age. As a matter of fact, some persons ask if my daughter and I are sisters!!!!

I think it's the trend now to have kids in your mid to late 30's, or even early 40's.

I was "older" in my group of friends, being 28 with #1 and 34 with #2. They are now 8 and 3 and wear me OUT! LOL! I love them madly, as does my partner.

I had my son at 25 and my daughter at 40. It's interesting having a teenager and a toddler. There are a lot of older moms these days and I do not feel out of place.

I had my first (and only, so far) child at 36. My husband and I laughed when our doctor said that I was an elderly mother, according to medical charts!! Our daughter is 2 1/2 now. She has older 1/2 siblings. In fact, she has a nephew that is just 3 months younger than she is and a neice due in a month and another neice or nephew due by the end of the year! Wouldn't change a thing! Loving every minute of it!!

Well, I was 38 with my first and 41 with my second. I am definitely the oldest mom in my kids classes, but surprisingly not by much. Moms are getting older!
