Hi Rebecca and welcome to Circle of Moms!

It is not so much a matter of how many times per se but how much is he supposed to be drinking per day. At that age my son was drinking 32 oz./day so I divided it up throughout the day. His very earliest bottle was at 6am so I gave him 4oz. then divided it evenly through the day and ended with 4oz. at night. As he got older I changed it and I gave him more 8oz. bottles and still did the two 4oz. ones.

Also if you have started baby food that might change how you want to give it to him. Play around with it for a few days and see how he responds!
