My DD is now 9 1/2 months and I am worried I am not feeding her enough. She currently drinks between 20 and 25 oz. of breastmilk and formula per day. I am transitioning her over to formula as I was just not producing as much milk as I used to and now my freezer stash is starting to run out. So, we do a bottle of breastmilk in the morning and formula the rest of the day. She eats anywhere between 3/4 cup and 1 1/2 cups of solids per day. Lately, she has not been eating as much of her solids. Not sure if it is teething or the transition to formula. Maybe the formula is making her fuller than the breastmilk? We just had our 9 month well baby check-up and she is weighing in at 15 lbs, 8 oz. That is the 5th percentile for her age. Doc did not seem worried just said she is a "petite, little peanut." I am just not sure I am feeding her enough or that she is getting enough per day. Any advice on how much you are feeding your 9 month old is appreciated. Also, any input on reasons why she won't eat as much of her solids is aprreciated as well.
