My daughter (7) eats fruit throughout the day. On average she would have an apple, banana, juice of an orange, handful of grapes, and sometimes even some melon. I wonder is this far too much fruit in one day or should I just let her have fruit as she wants it. I just worry about her teeth and the effects of fruit on them? I would welcome some advice on this if anyone has researched into it? Thank you.
