My daughter is 5 almost 6 and she has been so eager to loosing her teeth and getting her big teeth in since a few friends have lost some and she showed me two days ago a tooth that was loose. So my question is once she loosing the tooth how much should she be given from the tooth fairy. I have tons of change in a change jar so my plan was to give her 50 cents for the small teeth and $1 for the big molers is that ok or should it be less or more.

I was going to say $1.00 before I read your post, so I guess we think alike :)

i always got 3-5 dollars for losing teeth. depends how generous the tooth fairy was feeling lol.

I've heard $2-5 for the first tooth and $1 for all the rest.

We don't do the tooth fairy though. When a kid loses their first tooth they choose where we go to dinner and we celebrate the fact that they are old enough to start losing teeth. :)

not sure why but i cant reply to your comment but I was also thinking Gwen to do 5 dollars for first tooth since she is 5 and then a dollar for big and 50cents for small does that still sound reasonable

I gave $2 for the first tooth and I'll give $1 for every other tooth.
