My first pregnancy I was in recovery from an eating disorder so I was underweight when I found out and ballooned up. I have been recovered for 3 year I think it is maybe a little longer. Anyways what is a healthy weight for you to gain in a healthy regular pregnancy? And how much should you gain a week? I am not sure I am not really freaking out or anything like last time my new doctor won't really tell me cause he how much I should gain and all that for free is may affect me (It won't I gain 90lbs something lbs my last time around 123lbs right now at 6 months doesn't really both me at all.

As much as you need for you and babe to be healthy. they say around 30 for a pregnancy, but many women need more or less than that. If you're eating a healthy, balanced diet, and maintaining at least some form of activity, you will be fine. dont stress over the numbers so much, they're kinda more about an overall measure of your health and fluid retention than anything else.

I have gained 21lbs already at 6 months pregnant. I was 102lbs when I found out I was pregnant. I think I am going to be 40lbs bigger at least which doesn't both me. I am just all tummy and it hurts my back already. None of my weight in anywhere, but my belly. I am eating well and very active with my 2 1/2 year old.

The last month or two you usually gain a pound a week!
Like the other moms said, eating well and when you're hungry is important, and it varies depending on your starting weight, but around 25-35 is normal.
