My baby seems to love to sleep even. Without having her feed. I have to wake her up which takes a lot of time and iam not able to stick to the 2 hour schedule.is it ok if I feed her occasionally 3 or 4 hours once.

Feed on demand. She will wake on her own when she is hungry there is no reason to wake her just because the clock says she has to eat. She will set a schedule to what she needs. She will also have growth spurs as she grows to where she will want to eat more often. Her body will let her know what she needs and when. Feeding on demand will also give you the right amount of milk at the right time. Since breastmilk is on a supply and demand it you are feeding on demand your body will produce what you need when. Babies will eat anywhere from every 1 hour to every 4 hours. I had one that did every 1 hour until 2 months old then went every 3 hours. Then I had one that ate every 4 hours right from birth.

As long as she is not losing weight, it is okay to let her sleep and allow for 3 to 4 hours between feedings. By two months old, they should be sleeping for longer stretches and eating less frequently anyway.
