My girl is eating and napping every 2 hours and i've read that that is too frequent

Gah! Throw all that 'knowledge' out the window. Babies do not fit in some neat little box. I think the longest a newborn/young nursing baby can go without a feed is 3 hours. That doesn't mean every NB/young baby is going to last 3 hours. Mine sure as heck didn't. lol They nursed every 2 hours at least and slept when I could get them to fall asleep. You'll have a lot less stress as a new mom if you throw out the books and follow your instincts. All those 'your baby should be doing this or that' are generalities. Let your baby be your guide and follow her cues.

I have to reinforce what everyone else has said, this is normal and they feed whenever they like.

As often as she wants. There is no such thing as "too often" with a 4 month old. You may be really tired (I feel your pain, my son did the same thing) but if that's what she needs then that's what she needs.
