Hey! My name is Tessa and I have 2 twin teenage daughters They have always loved makeup. When I was little I LOVED makeup - I have lots of it ☺️ But with my daughters .... There names are Ariel and Roxy , at the ages of 10-11 wearing lip gloss was no big problem with me. At the ages of 12 powder , conceler , maybe a little bit of mascara was no big deal. When they got older I took them step by step and just added things to there routine .... I think it is really important to let the, make the decisions as they get older so that when they leave the house they are aware. But still watching out and making sure they are not jpg king over borad. I think makeup really enhances your beauty not hides it. Hope this helps!! 💕💕

It's 'to each THEIR own'... and duh... I clearly said 'personally speaking'.

If makeup is stupid, so is dressing up, getting your hair done, nails done, anything to enhance your appearance.

But to each it's own.

Makeup is a form of art and expression, it's kind of the same as tattoos. As long as it isn't over done, I don't see the problem.
Plus it's fun learning different looks, colors, eye shadows, etc. It's really pretty if you're a pro at it. I wear it almost everyday and I love it.

We aren't really fans of make up in this house. Personally speaking I think it is stupid (I don't wear any... ever), so my own twin daughters weren't raised seeing it as normal. They do 'dress up' sometimes and have since they were 12 (14.5 now), but they do not own any make up and we'd be having a serious conversation if they expressed wanting it on a daily basis.
