How reduce migraines and stress

I'm a single mom to two boys. I stay busy running back and forth to different places. And taking care of everyone except myself. What can I do to reduce stress and migraine since no one in my family will step up to help

I have migraine headaches a few times a month. I find that Maxalt orally disintegrating tablets help relieve the pain, nausea and light sensitivity very effectively. It is a prescription but it is not a narcotic and is not habit forming. I find avoiding artificial sweetener helps a lot as well. Exercise to reduce stress. I cannot imagine exercising while having a migraine. Have you asked your family for help? Maybe they don't know how stressed out you really are?

I take ibuprofen and other pain pills to help. I plan on trying to change me and my kids eating habits

Exercise. You produce a natural chemical in your body when you exercise that reduces migraines and stress. Walking or running is an easy one to do and can be done with your kids. When you take your kids to an activity. ....walk or run with the rest while the one is at the activity.
