For the past year or so I have been soooooooo tired, I've been trying so hard to lose weight by eating healthy and trying to exercise (but I haven't been able to work out like normal or I've started feeling like I'm blacking out, have heart palpatations, etc. throughout the day after I workout) my hair's been falling out, dry skin, dry hair, I work best at 10-12 hours sleep and if I only get 8 by the evening I can hardly move and I'm an emotional wreck. I finally found out I have an under-active thyroid (mine is from hashimoto's thyroiditis) and have been taking thyroid medicine for 2 months now, but I still don't do well with less then 10 hours sleep and even then I'm still really tired a lot. Any of you mom's out there dealing with this too? What have you found to help you make it with all your responsibilities as a mom?
