How serious is this?

Hi moms, I would like to know if anyone here has had a similar situation or has heard of this.
My son is now 7 months old. He is 14.75 lbs and 26 inches. He is very petite, actually he is below the average boy growth chart. For the record we are not (his parents) petite. Any way, he is now down to 15 ounces of formula at the most (a day). I have started him ob solids and he eats very little. We finally did some testing (after months of beggin our doctor) since as a mom u know when something is not right. Also he has been extremely constipated since day one. Took him to see a GI and said everything look fine after some testing. Any way, we did some other lab test on Friday and he is anemic and has a super elevated amount of Alkaline Phosphates. Doctor did an ultrasound of liver found nothing. Baby still very fuzzy and not interested in eating. I need help! Anyone has ever experienced something similar? Thanks
